Welcome! (top)
I am a Ph.D. fellow in the Computer Mediated Activity Group at the Department of Computer Science, Aarhus University. Currently, I am visiting the Mobile Life Centre at Stockholm University, Sweden. In my research, I work on the boundary between citizen participation and mobile ubiquitous technology to study how location and “being there” may support citizens in deliberation activities such as participatory planning. I graduated in information systems from the University of Siegen with a Dipl.-Wirt. Inform. degree in the summer of 2009. In Siegen, I have been a student research assistant in the group of Volker Wulf and Volkmar Pipek. In my studies, I have previously been at TU Ilmenau, Germany and Tongji University, Shanghai.
